Under the backdrop of the "double carbon" objective and the gradual increase in the proportion of new energy in constructing a new power system, the green and low-carbon economic system is experiencing a new period of growth. Shibo En Company has focused on addressing blind spots in daily life's conventional energy usage, as well as small-scale photovoltaic applications and specialized building sites. As a result, we have designed and developed an innovative program called "Photovoltaic Integrated Industrial Cooling Unit," which utilizes photovoltaic DC power supply for cooling purposes.
The laboratory usually requires strict control of temperature and humidity to ensure the repeatability and stability of the experimental process and results. In most cases, the temperature of the biological laboratory should be controlled between 20°C and 25°C, and the humidity should be controlled between 40% and 60% to maintain a stable biological environment. The current power capacity of Changmao Company is limited, and there is no room for expansion, in order to ensure the demand for electricity production, it is necessary to reduce the conventional energy consumption of supporting facilities, and make full use of cleaner and environmentally friendly photovoltaic green power system program has become the priority choice of the project.

The overall HVAC and PV green electricity application solutions of Changmao's office laboratory building and two warehouses are divided into two parts: one is the ventilation and cooling system of the photovoltaic integrated industrial cooling unit of the three buildings; The second is to make full use of the building surplus roof and surrounding space, independent construction of self-use surplus electricity online photovoltaic power generation system, the first part of the photovoltaic investment is low, green electricity consumption efficiency is high, is to solve the three buildings with the highest energy density HVAC system energy saving and consumption reduction of the key part. The second part is to make full use of effective roofing and space to produce photovoltaic green electricity, which is a supplement to the first part of AC electricity, and an effective supplement to the overall power capacity of the company, and is also the basic part of the corresponding national dual-carbon policy and the construction of green factories. This scheme is to introduce the raw material warehouse scene of the first part, each unit corresponds to a group of photovoltaic series.

The raw material warehouse can be used with a roof surface of 1400 square meters and a height of 15m. With the way of fixed installation with the slope of the roof, the system is driven straight, about 80 pieces of 430W single crystal light photovoltaic modules need to be installed, and the installed photovoltaic capacity is 34.4kWp. The remaining area of the roof can be used to install an independent photovoltaic power generation grid-connected system with an installed PV capacity of 154.8kWp



The project is in line with the national and provincial industrial policies, and has positive significance for the development of new energy industry and the completion of the "12th Five-Year" energy conservation and emission reduction targets.
